Superheaters are designed to increase the saturation vapor temperature an remove water suspended particles from the vapor. In some industries requiring a vapor temperature more than saturation temperature so a superheater must be fitted to the vapor path, which will increase the vapor temperature without increasing operation pressure of boilers.

To prevent sedimentation of water and solutes in the water, Azar Damagostar superheaters are designed to be completely discharged by installing headers called discharge superconductors.

 

Economizer is a type of heat exchanger that increases the temperature input water of the boiler by employing output heat from flue of the hot water and steam boilers. Economizers are common in thermal power plants that used preheating of input water of boilers besides re-heaters.

Circulating the water through the air separator creates a vortex, sending the heavier air-free water to the outer portion of the tank and allowing the lighter air-entrained water mixture to move into the lower velocity center. At the center of the vortex the air is released from the water, forms tank installed above instead of relying entirely on low velocity separation, the air separator offers the advantage of efficient separation in a much smaller tank.
