After performing the relevant plumbing, it is time to pour silica inside the machine. For this purpose, three types of silica are existed (small, medium, large). Reverse washing:

Valve Nos. 1 and 4 are open and Nos. 2 and 3 are closed.

In this case system purify inlet water and limpid water getting out from valve No.4 

It is important to keep the filters discharged during holidays more than 3 weeks but less than 3 weeks there is no need to be vacated because require accuracy for re-installing . So keep the waters inside the filter by closing output valve.
